SUBJECT: AUTHORIZING FISCAL PRINTER IBM BRAND, MODEL 4610-1NR, TO ISSUE VOUCHERS TO REPLACE THE BALLOTS OF SALES AND SERVICES.

Today is resolved as follows:

HAVING SEEN:

The provisions of Clause 6, point A), No. 1 and Article 92 bis, as contained in Section 1 of DL No. 830, Tax Code of 1974, and the letter b) of Article 7 of the DFL N ° 7, 1980, the Ministry of Finance, which contains the Organic Law of the Internal Revenue Service, Title IV DL No. 825 of 1974 on Tax Sales & Service, Title XIII of the DS Finance N ° 55, 1977, regulatory DL No. 825, 1974; Res Ex. C O N S I D E R A N D O:

5 .- That, in recognition of the foregoing, the Fiscal Printer IBM brand, model 4610-1NR, provided with a tax module that stores the information required for the proper receipt of the fiscal interest, meets the requirements of this Service have been established in Resolution Ex N ° 24, dated 18.10.2002, to issue vouchers to replace the tickets sales and services tax interest cautiously.
